We have an ever-expanding library of modules covering topics ranging from procrastination to impulsivity, time management, relationships and many more. Modules are comprised of a collection of audio/text exercises centered around a specific topic.
You complete a module once you have completed all of the exercises for that module.
Exercises 🏃
The core of the app is a CBT-based program that provides short, daily exercises as well as tools to develop helpful habits and skills.
Each daily exercise is made up of:
- A short five-minute exercise that you can either listen to and/or read.
- Key takeaways which provide a short and sweet summary of each exercise. You can refer to all previous key takeaways by tapping on the key takeaways section of the app.
- Find this by tapping Profile on the bottom right of the screen, scroll down, and tapping Key Takeaways
- Sometimes they include journal prompts, with the option to share these with your coach (you can skip these if you would like). Find more information on journal entries here: ‣
Selecting a module 📚
- Navigate to the Explore section of the app. You can find this on the bar at the bottom of the screen. Then tap Learning.
- If you are unsure where to begin, we recommend Task Avoidance as a great place to start.
- It will then take you to the Day 1 Exercise for that module.
Change the speed of the audio 🔉
- To change the speed of the audio, tap the 1x under the play icon and select your chosen speed.
Can I do more than one module at a time? ❓
- Please note you can only work on one module at a time. If you decide you would like to work on a different module, please select the module you would like to start working on and then tap Start Module.
- If you do decide to do this, don't worry about losing progress on other modules! You will be able to pick up exactly where you left off when you restart the module.
