Designed by people with ADHD, for people with ADHD, Inflow is a science-based self-help app and community to help manage your ADHD.
Inflow is based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which is proven to be effective in the management of ADHD. It is designed to help you understand yourself, learn about your ADHD, and develop new habits to help you thrive. You’ll learn how to improve your productivity, organization, focus, lifestyle, nutrition, impulsivity and much more. You will also be able to apply these learnings through skill-building challenges, ADHD-specific meditations, prioritization tools, and interactive journaling.
We believe that the key to thriving with ADHD starts with understanding and embracing your unique ADHD brain and we're here to help you do just that!
