We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with Inflow. Since you signed up through Google Play, your purchase will be subject to Google’s applicable payment policy.

Request a refund here if:

You’ll usually get a decision within one working day but it can take up to four working days.

Please note: If you can't find your purchase on the recent purchases list, request a refund from the Google Play website.

  1. On your computer, go to play.google.com/store/account.
  2. Select Order history.
  3. Find the order that you want to return.
  4. Select Request a refund or Report a problem and choose the option that describes your situation.
  5. Complete the form and note that you'd like a refund.
  6. You'll get a message that says 'Thank you for sharing your concerns'. You'll then get an email with your refund decision. You’ll usually get this within 15 minutes but it can take up to four working days.

In the event that you are unable to obtain a refund directly from the Play Store, and ****have adhered to our terms & conditions, please get in touch directly with us and we'll endeavour to help resolve the situation and in some situations refund you directly.
