How do challenges work? 💪

• The challenges section of the app can help you build productive and healthy habits.
• To get started, navigate to the Challenges section in the Explore tab.
• There you will be able to see two tabs - Active and Explore.
• In Active you can see the challenges you are currently working on and in Explore you can browse through all challenges that are separated into different categories (e.g. Productivity, Relationships, Organization).

Joining a Challenge 🙋‍♀️

• Tap on the challenge that interests you and have a look at the Learn more section where you can find text and audio of the challenge description and some useful tips and tricks.
• After that, you can adjust the duration of the challenge if you wish. Every challenge has a recommended duration but you can change it at any point.
• Then tap on **Accept Challenge (**bear in mind that you can only work on 2 challenges at the same time so you might need to end another one before starting a new one).
• After accepting a challenge make sure to set up notifications that remind you to log your challenge.

Logging a Challenge 📊

• In order to log challenges, navigate to the Log page of an active challenge either from the home page or the active tab in the challenges section.

• After that Tap to log and select a date

  Pro tip: If you forget to log a date in the past you can add past dates

Ending and completing a challenge 🎉

• If you’d like to end a challenge before logging all days, navigate to the Overview page of that challenge, scroll to the bottom, and press End. Bear in mind that in this way you will lose your progress.
• Once you log all days of a challenge, it will be marked as complete and you will be able to find it at the bottom of the relevant category. You can re-start the challenge but bear in mind that the previous attempt will be replaced.
